Renovation of upper kitchen

A few days ago we completed the renovation of the upper kitchen.

The renovation was carried out the past weeks and required us to move the food serving down into the main kitchen.

Originally it was not planned to carry out these works now as the fire-safety measures were sufficient. However, when we noticed the cracks in the ceiling, we decided to already do the works now. 

The old ceiling was taken down, the electrics renewed and installed, and a new wall covering was made (and many, many other bits and pieces). 

Now, just in time for Christmas, we completed the works and can now finally serve the food again in a new and fresh room!
