Choice:
1: very urgent - help needed in the next hours
2: normal - should be solved as soon as possible
3: not urgent - questions or problems, which can be solved in a week or so
Please be careful in using priority urgent; use this only for problems, which interrupts your actual working process for Bhakti Marga and if there is no temporary workaround possible.
Examples:
You can't print on your standard printer but on another one. This would be priority normal. You can't print at all, but you have to finish and print a document which is needed by others on a fixed timeframe (e.g. in the next 2 hours). This would be priority urgent. Giving a priority normal does not mean, that you necessarily will get help the next day or later only. You may get help in the next hours as well.
