Puja Workshop with Paartha, Harlington Road, London, UK

Bhakti Marga is delighted to invite you to take part in a Puja workshop in London, which will be facilitated by Paartha.

In the workshop you will learn basic Hindu rituals /Ceremonies. Each participant will be asked ot bring his / her own statue of a diety or a saint (it doesn't need to be Hindu). Paartha will teach you how to invoke the deity into the statue and worship it by performing abhishekam, which is the ritual bathing or the deity and / or yagna (invoking God into the fire). This will build up and strengthen your relationship with the chosen Divine aspect and help guide you along the spiritual path. All this leads to realising the oneness of the one worshipping and the one being worshipped. A kaalsh puja will be performed in the evening, during which your statue will be blessed and "infused" with life.

Paartha, born in 1980 in Switzerland, met his guru Sri Swami Vishwananda when he was 17 years old and hes been working alongside him ever since. Besides being one of the directors of "Shree Peetha Nilaya", the international centre of Swami Vishwananda, he gives workshops on spiritual topics and conducts Hindu ceremonies.

Places on the workshop are limited and will be on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to attend the Puja workshop then please register with David Johnstone by e-mail:
