Raising funds for the main entry hall
Firstly a big Thank You, for your help and support of Shree Peetha Nilaya (SPN). Every Euro given supports this project of unity and takes it closer to reopening the centre and the goal to establish it as the foremost spiritual centre in Europe. Here is Swami’s message to you:
“Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your precious support. Your contribution is making it possible for the work here to continue. It is truly heart-lifting to see that my mission and the building up of the International Center here in Springen, is being enthusiastically supported. It shows that this project is indeed being carried and supported by many hands and hearts. I would like you to continue to actively participate in our community. You are an important partner in furthering my mission here. Carry me in your heart and keep supporting Shree Peetha Nilaya in every way you can, your continued help is invaluable.”
The whole of SPN is inspired by Sri Swami Vishwananda. He is the corner stone on which this whole project is founded. We asked Swami for his input on one of his plans for the centre; the design of the main entry hall.
Q. Swami please share with us your plan for the entrance hall?
A. “The first thing is that when the people arrive and stand in the main lobby the feeling they get is that they feel at home. I choose to design it in this way, that all the deities that we venerate in Shree Peetha Nilaya – in middle is Mahalakshmi, next to Mahalakshmi is Babaji and next to Babaji is Mother Mary, then Narayana and Jesus. These are the main deities present in our centre here.
And also above that you will see the signs of all the religions to show that everyone is welcome in this unity. That God is one – that there is one God with many names and via any path that you take you can reach him. So this is the main thing. The second thing is that when people enter the main lobby the people say “yes this is beautiful it is welcoming”. It will attract and move something inside of them.”
Q. How does this design serve your mission of Love, Patience & Unity?
A. “If you look properly into it there is the aspect of the Divine Mother. The Divine Mother symbolizes love. Unity is throughout with all the symbols of the different religions they are all here in one, so it brings this unity of all into the design.”
